Service Description
Celebrate Eid by learning the art of mosaic in this relaxed and festive class in London! Guided by an amazing artist, you’ll go through mosaic-making step by step, with plenty of instruction, while being encouraged to add your own unique touches. Choose from a vibrant selection of tiles to create a moon and star design perfect for the occasion. No prior experience is needed – this workshop is ideal for beginners who just want to get creative. This workshop is perfect for friends or family celebrating Eid. All materials are provided, and drinks are available to purchase at the venue, making it an easy and enjoyable outing. To ensure a fun and uninterrupted session, please arrive on time. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may be turned away to avoid disruption to the class. Please note that if the class does not meet the minimum participant count, it may be cancelled or rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking Policies Public Sessions - No refunds except within the first 10 minutes of making the booking. - Rescheduling permitted up to 72 hours before for workshops, 24 hours for free-flow sessions. - No refunds or rescheduling for lateness past 10 minutes or no-shows. - Attendees more than 10 minutes late are not permitted entry Private Sessions - A non refundable deposit of 50% of booking required. - No refunds or remaining balance unless cancellation 7 days prior. - £100 rescheduling fee, 7 days' notice required. General Policies Lateness - Entry not permitted for arrivals more than 10 minutes late. - No refunds or rescheduling for lateness. Conduct - Kindness and respect towards staff is essential for a positive environment. Alcohol Consumption - Drink responsibly; intoxication causing disturbance leads to expulsion. Artwork Collection - Storage fees: £3 for paintings, terrariums up to 7 days. - Collection deadlines: 7 days for candles, pottery, marbling; 2 weeks for acrylic pour, mosaics. - Unclaimed items may be upcycled, sold, or given away. - We are not responsible for lost or damaged artwork Outside Food and Drink - Strictly prohibited; refreshments available at our bar. Children - Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Contact Us - Allow up to 3 working days for responses. Health and Safety - First-aid trained staff on duty. - Not responsible for injuries; COVID-19 precautions observed. Additional Information Dress Code - Aprons provided; personal attire damage not our responsibility. Accessibility - Wheelchair accessible; inform us in advance for accommodations. Payment - Cards only; no cash transactions.
