Art Play is an art bar with two London studios, in Shoreditch and Chelsea, rated 4.9 on Google. Book a guided art workshop such as Sip & Paint, pottery, candle making or silver ring making, or walk in for unguided FreeFlow painting. Sessions are beginner-friendly and materials are included.
Art activities to try at Art Play
1. Paint: guided Sip & Paint (£38), acrylic pouring (£55) and unguided FreeFlow painting from £16.
2. Clay: hand-building pottery (£32) and a wheel throwing taster at Shoreditch (£55).
3. Craft: candle making, terrarium making and mosaics, £50 each.
4. Jewellery: silver ring making (£60) and silver clay pendants (£75), both for ages 16+.
5. Print and customise: lino printing (£38) and custom trainer painting (£60).
Guided workshops are led by artists and instructors who take you through each step. Not sure what to pick? Start with Sip & Paint for a sociable evening, pottery if you want to switch off, or FreeFlow if you'd rather not be told what to paint.
