Art Play runs creative workshops in London for people who want to make something, not just watch. Pick a workshop by mood: something sociable, something calm, something for a date or something completely new. All are beginner-friendly, with materials included, in Shoreditch and Chelsea.
Pick a workshop by mood
1. Sociable: Sip & Paint (£38) or Vibe N' Paint, an 18+ paint party with a DJ (£25).
2. Calm: hand-building pottery (£32), terrarium making (£50) or mosaics (£50).
3. For a date: Paint Your Partner (£45) or the wheel throwing taster (£55).
4. Something new: silver ring making (£60), lino printing (£38) or acrylic pouring (£55).
5. No plan at all: FreeFlow painting, unguided, from £16.
Guided workshops are led by artists and instructors who take you through each step. Most last between one and two and a half hours, so they fit into an evening or a weekend afternoon.
