Thinking about a paint and sip class in London but not sure what you're signing up for? At Art Play it's a two-hour guided painting class on canvas, led by an artist, with a bar in the studio. It costs £38, materials are included and it's designed for beginners. Here are the usual questions.
Paint and sip FAQs
1. Do I need to be able to paint? No. The artist takes you through it step by step.
2. What's included? Acrylic paints, a canvas and all the materials you need.
3. Are drinks included? Refreshments are available to buy at the venue. For bottomless prosecco, book that class instead (£52).
4. Can I come on my own? Yes. It suits solo visitors, couples and groups of friends.
5. What if I'm late? Guests more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted.
You'll be working with acrylic paints on canvas, learning simple techniques as you go, and you're encouraged to add your own style. Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled if minimum attendance isn't met.
