Three steps, no booking
Clay in one hand, glass in the other (well, nearly). Art Play is a pottery café with wine in London: our studios have a bar serving wine, beer and soft drinks, and you can add prosecco or wine to a hand-building pottery class when you book. Classes are 1.5 hours and beginner-friendly.
Pottery and wine: your options
1. Hand-building pottery with wine: a 1.5-hour guided class, £32, with prosecco and wine available as add-ons when you book.
2. Wheel throwing taster: 1.5 hours at Shoreditch, £55, with a café and bar in the studio.
3. Pottery painting: paint an upcycled mug, plate or bowl at your own pace with a drink from the bar.
4. Something to eat: pizza can be added at Shoreditch.
5. Not drinking? The bar serves coffee and soft drinks too.
Drinks are bought from our bar, and hand-building add-ons are chosen when you book. Please drink responsibly: Art Play may refuse entry to anyone who is highly intoxicated.

A wine and pottery night with friends
Pottery with a glass of wine is an easy sell for a birthday, a catch-up or a midweek treat. Everyone makes their own piece, the instructor keeps things moving and nobody needs to have done it before. Book the same date together, or go private if there are 8 or more of you.
Pottery date night with wine
For couples, hand-building with prosecco added is a relaxed alternative to dinner. If you'd rather paint than sculpt, Sip & Paint is a guided painting class, and Bottomless Prosecco Sip and Paint does what it says for £52.
Private pottery and wine parties
Private hand-building classes take 8 to 60 guests, at £29 per person for 8 to 19 and £28 for 20 or more, with optional pizza (Shoreditch only), prosecco and wine. They work for hen parties, birthdays and team nights out.
