The experience: In this chilled, step-by-step workshop, you’ll learn how to melt, mix, and pour wax to create your own candle from scratch. Your instructor will guide you through the entire process, so no experience is needed. Just turn up, relax, and enjoy a creative break with your group. By the end of the session, you’ll have your own handmade candle to take home. Booking Policies Public Sessions - No refunds except within the first 10 minutes of making the booking. - Rescheduling permitted up to 72 hours before for workshops, 24 hours for free-flow sessions. - No refunds or rescheduling for lateness past 10 minutes or no-shows. - Attendees more than 10 minutes late are not permitted entry Private Sessions - A non refundable deposit of 50% of booking required. - No refunds or remaining balance unless cancellation 7 days prior. - £100 rescheduling fee, 7 days' notice required. General Policies Lateness - Entry not permitted for arrivals more than 10 minutes late. - No refunds or rescheduling for lateness. Conduct - Kindness and respect towards staff is essential for a positive environment. Alcohol Consumption - Drink responsibly; intoxication causing disturbance leads to expulsion. Artwork Collection - Storage fees: £3 for paintings, terrariums up to 7 days. - Collection deadlines: 7 days for candles, pottery, marbling; 2 weeks for acrylic pour, mosaics. - Unclaimed items may be upcycled, sold, or given away. - We are not responsible for lost or damaged artwork Outside Food and Drink - Strictly prohibited; refreshments available at our bar. Children - Guests must be 14 years or older. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 18. Contact Us - Allow up to 3 working days for responses. Health and Safety - First-aid trained staff on duty. - Not responsible for injuries; COVID-19 precautions observed.
