Service Description
A fun and creative pottery workshop where children can explore clay, build their own creations, and get hands-on with a tactile art experience. The experience: In this hands-on session, children will learn how to shape and mould air-dry clay using simple hand-building techniques. They’ll create their own unique pieces while being guided by a friendly instructor, with plenty of freedom to experiment and use their imagination. This workshop is designed to be relaxed, engaging, and fun — no experience needed. What’s included: All materials provided (air-dry clay and tools) Step-by-step guidance from an instructor Clay creations to take home Good to know: Beginner-friendly Adults must accompany children (not a drop-off session) Adults can stay and observe free of charge Arrive on time — late arrivals over 10 minutes may not be admitted Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled if minimum numbers are not met Please note: Please treat staff with respect. Art Play reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who is highly intoxicated.

Booking Policies Public Sessions - No refunds except within the first 10 minutes of making the booking. - Rescheduling permitted up to 72 hours before for workshops, 24 hours for free-flow sessions. - No refunds or rescheduling for lateness past 10 minutes or no-shows. - Attendees more than 10 minutes late are not permitted entry Private Sessions - A non refundable deposit of 50% of booking required. - No refunds or remaining balance unless cancellation 7 days prior. - £100 rescheduling fee, 7 days' notice required. General Policies Lateness - Entry not permitted for arrivals more than 10 minutes late. - No refunds or rescheduling for lateness. Conduct - Kindness and respect towards staff is essential for a positive environment. Alcohol Consumption - Drink responsibly; intoxication causing disturbance leads to expulsion. Artwork Collection - Storage fees: £3 for paintings, terrariums up to 7 days. - Collection deadlines: 7 days for candles, pottery, marbling; 2 weeks for acrylic pour, mosaics. - Unclaimed items may be upcycled, sold, or given away. - We are not responsible for lost or damaged artwork Outside Food and Drink - Strictly prohibited; refreshments available at our bar. Children - Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Contact Us - Allow up to 3 working days for responses. Health and Safety - First-aid trained staff on duty. - Not responsible for injuries; COVID-19 precautions observed. Additional Information Dress Code - Aprons provided; personal attire damage not our responsibility. Accessibility - Wheelchair accessible; inform us in advance for accommodations.
