Service Description
Can't paint? Let's pour! Join our creative escape where you can play with colour, unwind and make something beautiful to take home in this relaxed, no-pressure acrylic pouring workshop. No experience? No problem. Our guide will walk you through a few easy (and super satisfying) techniques, like dirty pours, string pulls and cup painting. You can join whether you’re a total beginner or just in the mood to try something new. Our friendly team will be there to guide you the whole way. Please note, acrylic pouring can get a bit messy, so wear something you’re happy to get paint on! We’ll have drinks, snacks and plenty of laughs to keep things flowing, so whoever you come with, solo or with a couple of friends, you’ll be in good company. We provide everything (paints, canvases, aprons) you just show up and have fun. By the end, you’ll leave with your very own abstract masterpiece. A couple of quick things to keep in mind: Try to arrive on time! If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we won’t be able to let you join in, just to keep things running smoothly for everyone. If we don’t get enough people booked in, we may need to reschedule or cancel, but we’ll always let you know ahead of time. That’s it! We’d love to see you - let’s get pouring! 🎨

Welcome to Art Play London! Below is our policy guide for your smooth, enjoyable, and safe experience. Booking Policies Public Sessions - No refunds except within the first 10 minutes. - Rescheduling permitted up to 72 hours before for workshops, 24 hours for free-flow sessions. - No refunds or rescheduling for lateness past 10 minutes or no-shows. - Attendees more than 10 minutes late are not permitted entry Private Sessions - A non refundable deposit of 50% of booking required. - No refunds or remaining balance unless cancellation 7 days prior. - £100 rescheduling fee, 7 days' notice required. General Policies Lateness - Entry not permitted for arrivals more than 10 minutes late. - No refunds or rescheduling for lateness. Conduct - Kindness and respect towards staff is essential for a positive environment. Alcohol Consumption - Drink responsibly; intoxication causing disturbance leads to expulsion. Artwork Collection - Storage fees: £3 for paintings, terrariums up to 7 days. - Collection deadlines: 7 days for candles, pottery, marbling; 2 weeks for acrylic pour, mosaics. - Unclaimed items may be upcycled, sold, or given away. - We are not responsible for lost or damaged artwork Outside Food and Drink - Strictly prohibited; refreshments available at our bar. Children - Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Contact Us - Allow up to 3 working days for responses. Health and Safety - First-aid trained staff on duty. - Not responsible for injuries; COVID-19 precautions observed. Additional Information Dress Code - Aprons provided; personal attire damage not our responsibility. Accessibility - Wheelchair accessible; inform us in advance for accommodations. Payment - Cards only; no cash transactions. - Bank transfer is only available to invoiced private bookings by request Age Restrictions - ID required for alcohol consumption - Age restrictions vary by workshop types, check descriptions. - 18 plus after 7pm on Friday and Saturday Privacy Policy - Customer data not shared; protected under data protection laws.
