Service Description
A creative painting session that blends the freedom of Free Flow with the guidance of Sip and Paint — perfect for anyone who wants a little inspiration and some new techniques, without being told exactly what to paint. Unlike a traditional Sip and Paint, there's no step-by-step replica painting here — everyone leaves with something completely unique to them, picking up new skills and techniques along the way with guidance and support from our artist throughout the session. Each session has a rotating theme — think seasons, emotions, colour palettes, or a nod to a famous artist's style — giving you a spark to work from. Bring your own reference photos, or find inspiration from our class and studio. What's included: - Up to 2 hours of studio time - All materials: acrylic paints, brushes, palette knives, pencils, and more - Apron provided - 30x40cm Canvas - Teacher-led inspiration talk and guidance throughout The experience: This session is relaxed and social, with just enough structure — and a few techniques picked up along the way — to get your creativity flowing. Come with friends or on your own — no experience needed. A new theme each week means there's always a reason to come back and try something different. We also have a full bar serving coffee, soft drinks, wine, beer, and cocktails, along with pizza and snacks available to purchase. Important to know: - Guided session with a rotating monthly/weekly theme - Duration: up to 2 hours - Must be 16 or over — no children permitted - Please arrive on time — late arrivals (10+ minutes) may not be admitted to avoid disruption to the class We aim to maintain a respectful and enjoyable environment for everyone. Please treat staff with respect and drink responsibly. Entry may be refused if someone is highly intoxicated. Welcome to Art Play London! Below is our policy guide for your smooth, enjoyable, and safe experience. Booking Policies Public Sessions - No refunds except within the first 10 minutes of making the booking. - Rescheduling permitted up to 72 hours before for workshops, 24 hours for free-flow sessions. - No refunds or rescheduling for lateness past 10 minutes or no-shows. - Attendees more than 10 minutes late are not permitted entry Private Sessions - A non refundable deposit of 50% of booking required. - No refunds or remaining balance unless cancellation 7 days prior. - £100 rescheduling fee, 7 days' notice required. General Policies Lateness - Entry not permitted for arrivals more than 10 minutes late. - No refunds or rescheduling for lateness. Conduct - Kindness and respect towards staff is essential for a positive environment. Alcohol Consumption - Drink responsibly; intoxication causing disturbance leads to expulsion. Artwork Collection - Storage fees: £3 for paintings, terrariums up to 7 days. - Collection deadlines: 7 days for candles, pottery, marbling; 2 weeks for acrylic pour, mosaics. - Unclaimed items may be upcycled, sold, or given away. - We are not responsible for lost or damaged artwork Outside Food and Drink - Strictly prohibited; refreshments available at our bar. Children - Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note our Vibe N Paint sessions are 18 plus ONLY. Contact Us - Allow up to 3 working days for responses. Health and Safety - First-aid trained staff on duty. - Not responsible for injuries; COVID-19 precautions observed. Additional Information Dress Code - Aprons provided; personal attire damage not our responsibility. Accessibility - The venue is not wheelchair accessible. Payment - Cards only; no cash transactions. Age Restrictions - ID required for alcohol consumption - Age restrictions vary by workshop types, check descriptions. - 18 plus after 7pm on Friday and Saturday Privacy Policy - Customer data not shared; protected under data protection laws. Photography and Video - Reserve right to use media for promotional purposes.(inform member of staff if you wish not to be on camera) Pets - Well-behaved dogs welcome; may be asked to leave if disruptive.
