This relaxed creative experience is all about laughter, connection, and doing something a little different together. You’ll each paint a portrait of your partner — and no, it doesn’t need to be perfect. In fact, that’s part of the fun. The experience: You’ll be guided step-by-step by one of our friendly resident portrait artists, who will help you through the process in a simple and enjoyable way. There’s plenty of room to add your own style, personality, and humour along the way. No experience is needed — just turn up and enjoy a creative night out. What’s included: Welcome glass of prosecco or soft drink Step-by-step guidance from a professional artist All materials provided (canvas, acrylic paints, brushes, aprons) Your finished portrait to take home A fully stocked bar is available during the session, with additional drinks and snacks available to purchase. Good to know: Beginner-friendly Arrive on time — late arrivals over 10 minutes may not be admitted Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled if minimum numbers are not met Please note: This is a relaxed social experience. Please treat staff with respect and drink responsibly. Art Play reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who is highly intoxicated.

Booking Policies Public Sessions - No refunds except within the first 10 minutes. - Rescheduling permitted up to 72 hours before for workshops, 24 hours for free-flow sessions. - No refunds or rescheduling for lateness past 10 minutes or no-shows. - Attendees more than 10 minutes late are not permitted entry Private Sessions - A non refundable deposit of 50% of booking required. - No refunds or remaining balance unless cancellation 7 days prior. - £100 rescheduling fee, 7 days' notice required. General Policies Lateness - Entry not permitted for arrivals more than 10 minutes late. - No refunds or rescheduling for lateness. Conduct - Kindness and respect towards staff is essential for a positive environment. Alcohol Consumption - Drink responsibly; intoxication causing disturbance leads to expulsion. Artwork Collection - Storage fees: £3 for paintings, terrariums up to 7 days. - Collection deadlines: 7 days for candles, pottery, marbling; 2 weeks for acrylic pour, mosaics. - Unclaimed items may be upcycled, sold, or given away. - We are not responsible for lost or damaged artwork Outside Food and Drink - Strictly prohibited; refreshments available at our bar. Children - Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Contact Us - Allow up to 3 working days for responses. Health and Safety - First-aid trained staff on duty. - Not responsible for injuries; COVID-19 precautions observed.
