Service Description
Looking for a fun family activity in London? This stop motion animation workshop is a creative way for kids to explore storytelling, inspired by classic films and TV like Shaun the Sheep and Wallace and Gromit. The experience: In this hands-on workshop, children and adults will work together to create their own mini stop motion film. You’ll design and build simple sets, make props, and bring characters to life using 2D and 3D animation techniques. A friendly instructor will guide you step by step through the creative process. No experience is needed — this is a beginner-friendly workshop focused on imagination, teamwork, and fun. By the end of the session, you’ll have the skills and inspiration to continue making stop motion films at home. What’s included: All materials provided for set and prop making Step-by-step guidance from an instructor Introduction to stop motion animation techniques A collaborative family filmmaking experience Good to know: Suitable for families and children An adult must accompany children (not a drop-off session) Adults can attend and observe free of charge Arrive on time — late arrivals over 10 minutes may not be admitted Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled if minimum numbers are not met

Booking Policies Public Sessions - No refunds except within the first 10 minutes of making the booking. - Rescheduling permitted up to 72 hours before for workshops, 24 hours for free-flow sessions. - No refunds or rescheduling for lateness past 10 minutes or no-shows. - Attendees more than 10 minutes late are not permitted entry Private Sessions - A non refundable deposit of 50% of booking required. - No refunds or remaining balance unless cancellation 7 days prior. - £100 rescheduling fee, 7 days' notice required. General Policies Lateness - Entry not permitted for arrivals more than 10 minutes late. - No refunds or rescheduling for lateness. Conduct - Kindness and respect towards staff is essential for a positive environment. Alcohol Consumption - Drink responsibly; intoxication causing disturbance leads to expulsion. Artwork Collection - Storage fees: £3 for paintings, terrariums up to 7 days. - Collection deadlines: 7 days for candles, pottery, marbling; 2 weeks for acrylic pour, mosaics. - Unclaimed items may be upcycled, sold, or given away. - We are not responsible for lost or damaged artwork Outside Food and Drink - Strictly prohibited; refreshments available at our bar. Children - Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note our Vibe N Paint sessions are 18 plus ONLY. Contact Us - Allow up to 3 working days for responses. Health and Safety - First-aid trained staff on duty. - Not responsible for injuries; COVID-19 precautions observed. Additional Information Dress Code - Aprons provided; personal attire damage not our responsibility. Accessibility - The venue is not wheelchair accessible. Payment - Cards only; no cash transactions. Age Restrictions - ID required for alcohol consumption - Age restrictions vary by workshop types, check descriptions. - 18 plus after 7pm on Friday and Saturday Privacy Policy - Customer data not shared; protected under data protection laws.
