Service Description
This fun-filled event is perfect for little elves and Christmas enthusiasts alike. Kids will enjoy a sparkling 5-minute visit with Santa himself, receiving a special arty gift straight from the North Pole. Alongside Santa, children will embark on a 40-minute Christmas craft workshop with our cheerful elves, creating festive treasures like reindeer food, snowflake bracelets, and bauble paintings. Plus, everyone gets to enjoy face painting to add even more holiday sparkle! Suitable for ages 2-12 years old. The whole experience is just £25 per child, which includes admission for two adults—additional adults are welcome for only £5. To keep the magic flowing smoothly, please arrive on time; late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may need to be turned away to avoid disrupting the fun for others. A supervising adult must accompany each child, but they can observe the fun for free. Come and make unforgettable Christmas memories in a merry, crafty, and magical atmosphere!

Booking Policies Public Sessions - No refunds except within the first 10 minutes of making the booking. - Rescheduling permitted up to 72 hours before for workshops, 24 hours for free-flow sessions. - No refunds or rescheduling for lateness past 10 minutes or no-shows. - Attendees more than 10 minutes late are not permitted entry Private Sessions - A non refundable deposit of 50% of booking required. - No refunds or remaining balance unless cancellation 7 days prior. - £100 rescheduling fee, 7 days' notice required. General Policies Lateness - Entry not permitted for arrivals more than 10 minutes late. - No refunds or rescheduling for lateness. Conduct - Kindness and respect towards staff is essential for a positive environment. Alcohol Consumption - Drink responsibly; intoxication causing disturbance leads to expulsion. Artwork Collection - Storage fees: £3 for paintings, terrariums up to 7 days. - Collection deadlines: 7 days for candles, pottery, marbling; 2 weeks for acrylic pour, mosaics. - Unclaimed items may be upcycled, sold, or given away. - We are not responsible for lost or damaged artwork Outside Food and Drink - Strictly prohibited; refreshments available at our bar. Children - Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Contact Us - Allow up to 3 working days for responses. Health and Safety - First-aid trained staff on duty. - Not responsible for injuries; COVID-19 precautions observed.
