Mark your calendars for Saturday 4 October as Chelsea Dog Day returns with a tail-wagging line-up of fun in support of Pets As Therapy. Expect a paw-some celebration of our furry friends, with activities and experiences for our four-legged favourites.
At the heart of the celebrations, Duke of York Square will once again host the much-loved doggie market from 10am to 4pm, curated by WoofAbout and feature more than 20 stalls from leading dog brands such as Sip & Paint Your Dog with Art Play, Doggy Vits, Hilary Hounds, Waita Pets and Talula Eats.
Visitors can drop in for expert behaviourist talks with Chelsea Canines, head to the King’s Dog daycare and Virtue Vets pamper station for a quick groom, check-up and professional photo, or curl up with your pups at Tinka & Co’s giant snuggle spot. Plus, look out for the return of the giant sausage dog bench, the perfect photo stop, while complimentary puppuccinos will keep tails wagging. Local favourite Pet Pavilion, will also have their own stand, treating pups to free tastings from their premium range, alongside grooming tips from their expert groomers, with exclusive vouchers available to enjoy on Dog Day and beyond. The Pets As Therapy team will also be on hand to share their vital work.
Elsewhere across the neighbourhood, over 85 stores, hotels and restaurants – from Louis Vuitton Eric Bompard, GANNI, Giorgio Armani, Les Néréides, Luca Faloni, and ME + EM to Bluebird, Knoops, Mestizo, Pizza Pilgrims, Sticks’n’Sushi, and The Cadogan Arms will be joining the fun with dog-friendly menus, in-store activities, water bowls and tasty treats.
A ‘Dog-Friendly Chelsea’ neighbourhood map will be available to collect on the day, with a digital version also available to download soon.
