Service Description
Paint your own crescent moon — a festive decoration or a thoughtful Eid gift for all ages. Join this relaxed FreeFlow session and paint an 11" x 4" wooden crescent moon using acrylic paints. Instead of painting on canvas, create a special wooden moon to keep or give away. No experience is needed — just bring your creativity. Whether you come solo or with friends, everyone is welcome. This drop-in, unguided workshop is perfect for a bit of festive fun. We’ll provide everything: acrylic paints, brushes, aprons, and your finished moon to take home and treasure. Please note: this is an unguided class with no teacher. Tea, coffee, mocktails, soft drinks, and snacks will be available on-site. Food and drink add-ons can also be booked in advance.

Booking Policies Public Sessions - No refunds except within the first 10 minutes of making the booking. - Rescheduling permitted up to 72 hours before for workshops, 24 hours for free-flow sessions. - No refunds or rescheduling for lateness past 10 minutes or no-shows. - Attendees more than 10 minutes late are not permitted entry Private Sessions - A non refundable deposit of 50% of booking required. - No refunds or remaining balance unless cancellation 7 days prior. - £100 rescheduling fee, 7 days' notice required. General Policies Lateness - Entry not permitted for arrivals more than 10 minutes late. - No refunds or rescheduling for lateness. Conduct - Kindness and respect towards staff is essential for a positive environment. Alcohol Consumption - Drink responsibly; intoxication causing disturbance leads to expulsion. Artwork Collection - Storage fees: £3 for paintings, terrariums up to 7 days. - Collection deadlines: 7 days for candles, pottery, marbling; 2 weeks for acrylic pour, mosaics. - Unclaimed items may be upcycled, sold, or given away. - We are not responsible for lost or damaged artwork Outside Food and Drink - Strictly prohibited; refreshments available at our bar. Children - Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Contact Us - Allow up to 3 working days for responses. Health and Safety - First-aid trained staff on duty. - Not responsible for injuries; COVID-19 precautions observed. Additional Information Dress Code - Aprons provided; personal attire damage not our responsibility. Accessibility - Wheelchair accessible; inform us in advance for accommodations. Payment - Cards only; no cash transactions. Age Restrictions - ID required for alcohol consumption - Age restrictions vary by workshop types, check descriptions. - 18 plus after 7pm on Friday and Saturday Privacy Policy - Customer data not shared; protected under data protection laws.
